ngff-cardem: Simtrace LEDs' logic unified (solves #5472)

SAM3 sinks LED current. SIMTRACE_LED_GREEN (PA18) is exposed to
front, and SIMTRACE_LED_RED (PA17) remains a chipLED on PCBA.
