update aoip-mgw-options document with reality of 2020
This was started in 2017 before the NITB split. Let's align it with reality, mostly in terms of naming and making explicit what was implemented. Change-Id: Ib4e66b565a1edfc5ea8c1446f911011bfd4b1642
