From Joerg Mayer: mark unused arguments as such (just in case somebody
later wants to make one of the message dissectors add to the Info column). Use -1 rather than "tvb_reported_length_remaining(tvb, offset)" to specify that a subset tvbuff should run to the end of the parent tvbuff. svn path=/trunk/; revision=5331
