Add Ericsson A-bis P-GSL dissector
Ericsson uses a vendor-specific packetized PCU-CCU interface on their packetized A-bis, which can be encapsulated in their own variant of HDLC on top of L2TP. The new P-GSL dissector is called from packet-ehdlc.c, which in turn integrates with packet-l2tp.c.
