the compressed data, put the entries for particular parts of that data
under that entry, and, when we have a problem decompressing, add an
expert info item to that entry, rather than just adding text or using
proto_malformed. Do so for *all* decompression problems; in particular,
check for decompressed_entry() returning NULL, which it can do.
tvb_new_child_real_data() won't throw an exception, so don't bother
checking for that.
If, after the first pass, we can't find the uncompressed data for a
frame, report it as a dissector bug.
Check whether we have room for a byte in the uncompressed data buffer
*before* copying it.
Other cleanups.

Also (for a few files):
- create/use some extended value strings;
- remove unneeded #include files;
- remove unneeded variable initialization;
- re-order fcns slightly so prefs_reg_handoff...() at end, etc

Specifically: Replace FALSE|0 and TRUE|1 by ENC_BIG_ENDIAN|ENC_LITTLE_ENDIAN as
the encoding parameter for proto_tree_add_item() calls which directly reference
an item in hf[] which has a type of:

FT_UINT24

keys to have _uint in their names, to match the routines that handle
dissector tables with string keys. (Using _port can confuse people into
thinking they're intended solely for use with TCP/UDP/etc. ports when,
in fact, they work better for things such as Ethernet types, where the
binding of particular values to particular protocols are a lot
stronger.)

(1) Trailing/leading spaces are removed from 'name's/'blurb's
(2) Duplicate 'blurb's are replaced with NULL
(3) Empty ("") 'blurb's are replaced with NULL
(4) BASE_NONE, NULL, 0x0 are used for 'display', 'strings' and 'bitmask' fields
for FT_NONE, FT_BYTES, FT_IPv4, FT_IPv6, FT_ABSOLUTE_TIME, FT_RELATIVE_TIME,
FT_PROTOCOL, FT_STRING and FT_STRINGZ field types
(5) Only allow non-zero value for 'display' if 'bitmask' is non-zero

On windows if ENDTRY is not evaluated after a exception is being thrown wireshark will crash in dissect_packet() while attempting to pop the last frame of the exception stack.

be moved to epan/dissectors, if they pertain only to stuff exported by a
particular dissector.

there are only 5 gmemchunks left but they have different litetime for their allocations than the 100+ ones that have been removed.
The remaining 5 should be converted some other way.

in a simple approach, I've replaced all g_assert() and g_assert_not_reached() calls by their exception throwing counterparts DISSECTOR_ASSERT() and DISSECTOR_ASSERT_NOT_REACHED()
this will replace application crash by showing a dissector bug, which is the desired behaviour
there were some g_assert calls in the protocol registering functions, which might not be acting as expected now, but to be able to simply search for g_assert in the future I've replaced that calls too
one g_assert remained, the one when someone throws an unknown exception "into" packet_frame.c, but IMHO this one should remain.

Also move ncp222.py, x11-fields, process-x11-fields.pl,
make-reg-dotc, and make-reg-dotc.py.
Adjust #include lines in files that include packet-*.h
files.
