Regularize the first line of version output.
For Wireshark, say "Wireshark", not "wireshark".
For other programs, put "(Wireshark)" after the program name, as per
http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/_002d_002dversion.html
("If the program is a subsidiary part of a larger package, mention the
package name in parentheses, like this").
