At least with the version of Xcode that comes with Leopard,
/usr/include/ffi/fficonfig.h doesn't define MACOSX, which causes the
build of GLib to fail. If we don't find "#define.*MACOSX" in
/usr/include/ffi/fficonfig.h, explictly define it.
