WSDG: Stop recommending DDD.
Drop mentions of DDD in favor of Qt Creator, CLion, and Eclipse. From
looking at https://sourceware.org/gdb/wiki/GDB%20Front%20Ends I'm
guessing that those have superseded DDD, as nice at it is/was.
