Changes in the "Capture Options" window:
- Moved all RPCAP settings to a "Remote Settings" dialog - Rearranged "Buffer size" and "Wireless Settings" on win32 - Fall back to local interfaces when error listing remote interfaces - Fixed setting correct sampling type when reopening the capture dialog - Aligned some widgets in the "Capture Options" frame - Added some tooltips git-svn-id: http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/trunk@26687 f5534014-38df-0310-8fa8-9805f1628bb7
