octsimtest: remove lots of unused #defines
The octsimtest board only supports cardem mode, not 'ccid' nor 'sniffer'. Remove related GPIO pin #defines from board.h Change-Id: I43e8631d945ba183a1e5b1e37dd4565adb377154
