drop files unrelated to osmo-msc
These either remain from openbsc.git or slipped in while applying recent
patches from openbsc.git and do not belong in osmo-msc.
Empty out contrib: remove things that are either obviously unrelated to
osmo-msc, or seem old and/or esoteric.
