stat_item: cosmetic: s/desc/group_desc in osmo_stat_item_group_alloc()
There also is an osmo_stat_item_desc, so the name 'desc' makes it hard
to read the code / the upcoming refactoring patches. It is an
osmo_stat_item_group_desc, so call it group_desc.
