HUGE improvements to QoS/CoS handling by IgorG
- Refer to the proper documentation - Implement separate signalling/media QoS/CoS in many channels using RTP - Improve warnings and verbose messages - Deprecate some old settings Minor modifications by me, a big effort from IgorG. Thanks!
