Make the cancellation of the dial timeout on a call forward optional.
This introduces the 'z' option to app_dial. With it set, a call forward will cancel any timeout originally set for this instance of the Dial application. AST-207 git-svn-id: http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/trunk@188544 f38db490-d61c-443f-a65b-d21fe96a405b
