Following the move for widgets and utils directory, moving models
and delegates to the utils directory. Guidelines for this directory are:
- Implementation of a model
- Implementation of a delegate
- Utility class for data storage used by a model
Note: additionally all includes affected by this move have been changed
to absolute path includes, instead of relative ones.

Many of our dialogs can send an "apply this display filter" signal to
the main window. Applying a display filter in turn creates a nested
event loop via cf_read+update_progress_dlg. If the "apply" signal+slot
is directly connected (which is the default, and which means we're
calling into a function table) we can close the dialog while the signal
is firing, which means we return into a deleted object.
Make all of the filterAction signals+slots queued instead of direct.

Instead of splitting the stats into two lists as with the GTK+ UI, add
everything to an expandable tree. This allows viewing nodes on more than
one network.
Rename the top-level Bluetooth menu item to Wireless and put the WLAN
stats dialog there.
The Qt UI matches SSIDs (WlanNetworkTreeWidgetItem::isMatch) a bit
differently than the GTK+ UI. Try to make the logic as plain as possible
since we'll likely have to update it in the future.
The addition of a custom BSSID address types means that we can't assume
that everything is AT_ETHER. Add routines for checking for broadcast
BSSIDs and comparing only the data portions of addresses.
Move PercentBarDelegate into its own module. Use it in
WlanStatisticsDialog.

This implementation is slightly different compared to other dialogs
since we have nested items.
Tweak the bar highlight color look better on Windows while we're here.
