Several calls to proto_tree_add_uint_format_value could be better served using BASE_UNIT_STRING with a "unit string" in hf_ field. There also a few cases where proto_tree_add_uint_format_value could just be proto_tree_add_uint. This saves many dissectors the need to find the data dissector and store a handle to it. There were also some that were finding it, but not using it. For others this was the only reason for their handoff function, so it could be eliminated. This allows dissector lists to be looked up by name, so they can be shared by multiple dissectors. (This means that there's no "udplite" heuristic dissector list, but there shouldn't be one - protocols can run atop UDP or UDPLite equally well, and they share a port namespace and uint dissector table, so they should share a heuristic dissector table as well.) epan/dissectors/packet-ncp2222.inc is a bit hard to fix, so we're not ready to enable that warning by default yet. Throw in some casts to handle GLib routines that take arbitrary non-const pointers (they can later return the pointers, and some callers might want to modify or free up those pointers in cases where they're known to be writable or allocated).
