Create/use a number of extended value-strings;
Remove or comment out dups from several value-string arrays;
Sort a number of value-string arrays;
Reformat many hf[] entries;
Remove some unneeded initializers;
Add editor-modelines;
Use consistent indentation;
Reformat whitespace.
