Move the OSI transport protocol dissectors (ISO 8073/ITU-T X.224
connection-oriented transport protocol and ISO 8602/ITU-T X.234 connectionless transport protocol) out of packet-clnp.c into packet-isotp.c. git-svn-id: http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/trunk@25746 f5534014-38df-0310-8fa8-9805f1628bb7
