VPP: add vpp graph dispatch trace dissector
Add a dissector for http://fd.io vpp graph dispatch traces. The file format is described in detail here: https://fdio-vpp.readthedocs.io/en/latest/gettingstarted\ /developers/vnet.html#graph-dispatcher-pcap-tracing Fuzz-tested with good results.
