This commit modifies algorithm_a() to allow the sharing of TFI between different PDCH. Since algorithm A only assigns a single slot to each TBF, the TFI of each PDCH can be assigned independently. This increases the maximum to 32 TBF per direction and per PDCH concerning the TFI allocation.
