Convert grgsm_livemon and grgsm_livemon_headless to YAML
Convert by opening them in gnuradio-companion 3.8.0.0 (Python 3.7.4) and then File -> Save As under different name without any other modifications Change-Id: I73023fc66d1ffd6c714a0610962c005395dc126b
